Entry Rules

1. You can enter the same product in as many categories as applicable. Each product can be accompanied by one high–resolution image.
2. All entries must be applicable for use in commercial facilities in the areas of audio/video, building controls, glass/glazing, HVAC, lighting, security, or sustainable technology.
3. Once payment is accepted, the magazine's editors will edit all entries to 50– to 75–words for conformance to ARCHI–TECH style. To facilitate objective judging, each entry will be scrubbed of marketing language and claims such as "the best," "the most," and "more."
4. All entry and informational materials become the property of ARCHI–TECH. Entrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information. Entrants also agree that the photography submitted with entries may be used by ARCHI–TECH in print and online.
5. ARCHI–TECH reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not conform to entry guidelines.
6. Once approved, all entries will be posted online beginning June 2, 2008, and will remain online until June 1, 2009.
7. All valid entries will be printed in the December 2008 issue of ARCHI–TECH magazine. Editors will contact winners to obtain more information about the winning products and will feature those products more extensively in the December 2008 issue.
8. These entries become editorial content in ARCHI–TECH online and in print. No proofs will be sent.
