Judging Criteria
The judges will consider the following criteria when reviewing the entries. The questions listed with each criteria can help guide you in the submission process.

Concept
What was the concept?
How did the concept change as the project developed?
Where or in what ways was the concept truly creative?
Where was the balance between functionality and aesthetics and the introduction of technology?

Design
What were the major design issues (list in order of importance)?
Were there any compromises (explain how they were rationalized)?
Explain how the technology was integrated into the architecture.
How was quality assured?

Innovation
What elements of the project were truly innovative and why?
What, if any, AV elements contribute to making this an environmentally friendly building?
Which related to technology, which related to aesthetics, and which related to functionality?
Can this innovation be applied to future projects? If yes, how?

Scheduling
When was the project conceived?
What tools were used to aid project completion and time management and how effective were they?
When were you engaged? When did your your work start on-site?
Did the overall project complete on time? How early or how late?

Teamwork
Who was the team? Was it the same team throughout?
How was the project managed (i.e. Who lead the team? Who reported to whom?)?
How well did the team function? How did you overcome it?

Solution
Did the solution match the clients' expectation?
In what ways, if any, did your AV solutions contribute to specific LEED points on the project?
How effective was the final solution?
Did the client request any changes?
What would you do differently (if anything) next time and why?
